Days 2 and 3

Yesterday was not a day I resisted temptation. Breakfast was frosted flakes and a banana, Lunch was PB&J, chips, pickles and a mandarin orange. Dinner was Pizza... and not the kind with tons of veggies and light on the cheese, with the whole wheat crust option.

Today was better, sort of. Breakfast was a multi grain bagel with light cream cheese and yogurt with strawberries. Lunch was left over pizza and dinner will be a veggie wrap from Subway.
