Yesterday was not a day I resisted temptation. Breakfast was frosted flakes and a banana, Lunch was PB&J, chips, pickles and a mandarin orange. Dinner was Pizza... and not the kind with tons of veggies and light on the cheese, with the whole wheat crust option.
Today was better, sort of. Breakfast was a multi grain bagel with light cream cheese and yogurt with strawberries. Lunch was left over pizza and dinner will be a veggie wrap from Subway.

Day 1 February 23, 2010
Dear Food Journal,
Today was...odd. It snowed here in Austin and I found myself wanting warm snugglly things to eat. I had a cup of coffee and granola bar for breakfast, but things went down hill from there. I had a little packet of cookies, a cup of hot chocolate for snack. Lunch was little better as I came home from work early and wanting something warm had toast, spaghettios, and a banana, you know to even it all out. I haven't had dinner yet, but I have plans to make chicken fajitas. I know that my food choices are often influenced by my moods and I work hard to make sure the foods around me are healthy, so that when I do make an emotional choice I can't get a hold of what my mind says I crave.
hmm, well that's all for today.
